Procedure Description:
Patient is a 39 year female who was seeking lower eyelid rejuvenation. She was unhappy about the hollowness under her eyes giving her what she felt to be a “tired” appearance. Her concerns were found to be related to both lower eyelid fat herniation as well as volume loss. In order to address these concerns adequately, volume needed to be removed in some areas and added to the tear trough area. A conservative lower eyelid transconjuctival blepharoplasty was performed followed by placement of Belotero into the tear troughs 4 weeks later. Seen here are her four month post-op photos.
