Female African American patient who desired to reduce the width and refine her bridge, reduce the width of the flare of the base of the nose, and refine the tip of her nose. Rhinoplasty techniques included tip support with caudal septal extension graft, tip graft, alar base reductions, and dorsal refinement and elevation with diced auricular cartilage.
