Female rhinoplasty with concerns of a dorsal hump and droopy tip. Profile refinement techniques included the reduction of the bridge and the elevation of the tip. From the front, tip refinement techniques included the repositioning and reshaping of the tip cartiladge to refine the size of the tip. 2 month post-op result.
