Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Miami, FL, patient 779

Post-operative results 1 month after revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage. As can be seen from her frontal view, she was bothered by the irregularities and the ‘pinching’ of the middle third of her nose as well as her severe nostril asymmetries. The irregularities of the middle third of her nose were addressed and her nostril symmetry has been greatly restored. She was bothered by the ‘scooped’ appearance of her dorsum and the significantly upwardly rotated tip. The dorsum was raised with a rib cartilage graft. The upward rotation of the tip was reduced to a more aesthetic angle. The base view now shows symmetric nostrils and a more triangular shape
