Procedure Description:
Female patient who desired refinement to her nose. Her concerns included the width of the bridge and tip on the frontal view as well as the hump on her profile view. A primary rhinoplasty was performed which included osteotomies, spreader grafts, caudal septal extension graft and tip onlay grafts. The angle of the nose as it meets the upper lip was also made more acute. 3 month post-op results are shown. (Patient presented wearing colored contact lenses on her follow up visit.)
