Procedure Description:
Seen here is a female with the complaint of difficulty breathing through her nose and an over-projected nose. Primary rhinoplasty included the placement of bilateral lateral crural strut grafts, caudal septal extension graft for tip support, tongue in groove tip setback, and removal of septum and bone at the nasolabial angle. The tip was able to be set back and measured to be 3 mm less projected. The angle between her upper lip and the lower aspect of the nose was softened and made less obtuse. Tip on the frontal view is less pinched while maintaining its natural refinements.
