Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Miami, FL, patient 444

Female patient with concerns of an over-projected nose and hump on the profile view. The frontal view shows a crooked nose to the left and bulbous tip. Primary rhinoplasty techniques included the setting back of the tip onto her septum with a tongue and groove technique, the lowering of her hump, and bilateral spreader grafts utilizing a “push-pull” cantilevering technique. Post-op results show a straighter nose with tip refinement on the front view. The bridge has been lowered on the profile view and the tip has been set back. The set back of the tip has also softened the angle between the bottom of her nose and her upper lip.
