Male rhinoplasty patient with a dorsal hump, droopy tip and a short nose. The goals of this procedure were to straighten the profile and support his droopy tip. In male rhinoplasty, the goals are to preserve masculine features to the nose while providing for a straighter appearance. In this case, the patient’s nose was straightened from the profile view by slightly lowering the bridge but also by adding length to the nose and supporting the tip. In this manner, the goals are achieved while preserving a masculine profile. He is seen here 6 months post-op.
